The word poverty means being poor. This means luck of capital in both income and wealth. However they also suffer from education and good health. Families and groups in the population can be said to be in poverty. However people who are in poverty will have fewer opportunities like others and less chance to participate in the community. Second causation is that low paid jobs. People are working for hours long and at the end of the day unpredictable income. However some adults remain dependent on benefit or low paid job. And as for young people they receive less benefit and lower salary, so it is really hard for them to survive. Young people who are living independently without a family support are more likely to be poor. However adults remain dependent on benefits or low paid work. Young people receive less benefit and have a lower minimum wage than older adults. Young people receive less income support, are ineligible for tax credits, and are restricted to a lower level of housing benefit. Nowadays UK has the worse child poverty in industrial area where most children live in household, and do not get the same right like others. On the other hand child poverty is closely linked to a growth in the number of children living in families without work. We see being on poverty affects health consequence in childhood exerts its affect and could be carried out in next generation. However it could also affect mother as well during pregnancy, which could affect low birth weight and high blood pressure. And too many people have lost job because of recession. That’s why we need to robust child poverty and a commitment from government for more jobs and keep family away from child poverty. And on the other hand many people are refused from work because, any sick and disabled people including kidney failure, or brittle bone disease are refused from and support allowance for this reason people are still in poverty. It is really hard to say that the target to end child poverty by 2020. It is really impossible to see how child poverty could fall by next 10 years without any changes to labour market. However we should have conference and events so it would make a seance on what we need to do, to prevent from child poverty and providing up to date information ,to help both advisor and their clients survive and the impact of child poverty. Also we should know that child poverty reduced dramatically. This reduction is credited in large part to measure the level of alone parent and a significant of benefit is paid to families and children. And we now should understand why it is important to care about child poverty in UK. Because poverty means children’s without food and dreams. When a child is born, a family’s income is spread further. At a time when income is needed most, parents face the difficult decision of whether to return to work or to stay at home; either having negative consequences on the family budget in terms of higher expenses or less income, and in education so in this situation the government should come forward and help poor children, survive like other children. But it could be challenging and now seems almost incredible to meet the target.
